Community Health and Wellbeing Workers are a rapidly expanding workforce supporting the increasing emphasis across government departments on improving the health of local people and communities by preventing poor health and tackling inequalities. Black Country and West Birmingham Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub

The Covid-19 pandemic has presented increasing challenges to staff across the NHS, primary care, community services, and social care – and this is taking its toll on our mental wellbeing. Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT) has set up a Black Country and West Birmingham Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, to provide an entry point into mental health talking therapies and support for colleagues across the Black Country and West Birmingham Integrated Care System (ICS).
